OwnerMichelle Panko

Michelle opened Barking Ranch Pet Resort in 2014 with the support of her husband Dr. Lee Panko.  Together they have three kids, Nick, Marissa, and Luke, two rescue mutts, Lucky and Ranger, and two kitties, Rex and Frankie.  She loves being a part of the Brenham community and serving her clients.

Operations ManagerShala Eldridge

Shala has been a part of the Barking Ranch family since 2017.  She was born and raised in Brenham, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Animal Production from Tarleton State University. In her free time, Shala enjoys traveling, spoiling her dogs Rawlins and Taos (@rawlins.and.taos) and tending to her cactus garden.
